Shipping Policy

All US orders are shipped by UPS. Zam-Bee-A Honey, Inc. requires a minimum of one business day to process and pack all orders. Orders placed between June 26 to July 4 will be shipped on Monday, July 7th. Use coupon code WILDHONEY at check out to receive 10 percent off, not including shipping, and a free bonus gift.

For orders to Canada or to the Caribbean, please contact us for special shipping arrangements and pricing quotes. Zam-Bee-A Honey, Inc. is not responsible for customs fees levied by other countries.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the honey you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with your retail purchase for any reason, we will replace or refund your purchase, not including shipping or processing fees, within 20 days of receipt of order. We guarantee all our products to be free from defects. Please email or call us immediately (within 48 hours) if you received a damaged item. The following conditions apply:

• Return policy is within 20 days of receipt of your retail order
• Receipt must accompany all returns
• Zam-Bee-A Honey, Inc. is not responsible for postage/shipping
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
• Zam-Bee-A Honey, Inc. is not responsible for lost items or items to the wrong address
• No international or bulk returns will be accepted
